                               RESOLUTION NO. 19291
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 28A, SLUDGE DEWATERING SYSTEM,
                   WITH INGERSOLL RAND, CONCERNING THE
                   INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) CENTRIFUGES AT A
                   COST TO THE CITY OF ONE MILLION, ONE HUNDRED
                   NINETY-TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,192,591.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 

       amendment to Contract No. 28A, Sludge Dewatering System, with
       Ingersoll Rand, concerning the installation of two (2) 
centrifuges
       at a cost to the City of $1,192,591.00 and other pertinent
       contract changes.
